Coastal Security Services, Inc. is a growing contract security company serving clients across multiple markets.

Position Summary

CSSI is hiring a full-time Recruiter/HR Specialist to source and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, manage new-hire onboarding, and support day-to-day HR functions. This role is expected to grow in scope as CSSI expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinate background checks, licensing, and onboarding through to completion
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and hiring decisions
• Maintain accurate employee records and support general HR administration
• Track hiring and onboarding metrics and report on pipeline health

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting, staffing, or HR experience required
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

Compensation & Schedule

• $55,000/year, full-time
