- Pay Rate: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience specifically within a Recruiting or HR support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and reporting tools is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with interpersonal abilities.
- Traits: Detail-oriented with effective time-management skills, a positive/professional demeanor, and a stable work history.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, phone calls, and initial outreach.
- Review and assess incoming resumes and applications daily to identify top talent.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all candidate interactions.
- Generate weekly reports outlining recruiting activity, call volumes, and candidate outcomes.
- Partner closely with the Recruitment Manager to support day-to-day operations, general clerical duties, and special projects as needed.
