Your Day-to-Day

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to keep our residents comfortable.
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks as needed.
• Respond to work orders and provide top-tier resident service.
• Support apartment turnovers
• Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week every 3rd week).
• Assist with snow removal when the Kansas City weather turns.

What We’re Looking For

• EPA Certification is required. 
• 2+ years of hands-on hvac maintenance experience.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in compensating our team for their dedication. Your total rewards package includes:

• Competitive Pay: $21.00 – $25.00/Hour (depending on experience) with annual salary increases based on performance
• Bonus Potential: Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually.
• On-Call Perks: $100 weekly on-call bonus plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs.
• Holiday Pay: Holiday coverage bonuses + 9 paid holidays annually.
• Insurance: Blue Cross Medical for only $47.50/month (individual), plus complimentary Life and Dental Insurance. Optional Vision and Disability available.

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
