AKAIROS LLC is an independently owned and operated Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Manassas, VA, Family own business. We deliver packages to customers across the Northern Virginia region using company-provided vehicles. Our team is built on reliability, safety, and a people-first culture. We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. No prior delivery experience is needed. We train you from day one.

Job Description

Location: Manassas, VA (On the road)

Schedule: 10-hour shifts | 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM | 3-5 days per week | 30–40 hrs/week |Flexible weekday or weekend options

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver

• Drive a company-branded delivery vehicle (non-CDL), starting and ending your day at a local delivery station
• Use a handheld device with the delivery app for routing and customer delivery information
• Load, deliver, and sort packages efficiently and safely across assigned routes and navigate various weather conditions
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (most packages are much lighter)
• Work independently while being part of a supportive team environment and delivering excellent customer service

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license  
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work flexible schedules: weekdays, weekends, or both
• Comfortable driving a large vehicle around the region
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the role

Schedule Details
