Industrial Painter

We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing surfaces, applying industrial coatings, and working in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the quality, durability, and appearance of industrial equipment and structures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting through sandblasting, grinding, scraping, and cleaning.
• Mix and apply industrial coatings, primers, paints, and protective finishes according to specifications.
• Operate spray guns, paint pumps, pressure washers, and other painting equipment.
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow job specifications, coating requirements, and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Work effectively with supervisors, quality personnel, and production teams.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tuscaloosa, AL.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
