Interventional Pain Management PhysicianPeninsula Pain Clinic | Kitsap County, WashingtonCompensation: $300,000–$350,000 annually + performance-based bonusSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMLocation: Silverdale & Poulsbo, WashingtonJoin an Established, Growing Pain Management PracticePeninsula Pain Clinic, part of Sound Pain Alliance, is seeking an Interventional PainManagement Physician to join our growing team in beautiful Kitsap County,Washington.We are a comprehensive pain management practice providing both medicationmanagement and interventional pain procedures. Our team includes physicians,PAs, and ARNPs who work collaboratively to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.Our procedures are performed in-office with fluoroscopy at our Silverdale location andat a freestanding multispecialty ASC in Poulsbo.This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys a private-practiceenvironment, values teamwork, and wants to build a long-term career within anestablished and growing practice.What We Offer Competitive base salary of $300,000–$350,000 Performance-based bonus structure Potential ownership track Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Malpractice insurance coverage Professional licensing and fee allowance Continuing medical education allowance Paid time off Seven paid holidays Supportive, collaborative work environment Monday–Friday schedule with no routine weekend requirementWhat You'll Do Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute and chronic pain conditions Obtain and review medical histories, physical examinations, diagnostic studies,and medical records Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing medication management andinterventional procedures Perform appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic injections and otherinterventional pain procedures Order, review, and interpret laboratory studies, including urine drug screens Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications,procedures, and wellness Monitor treatment outcomes and provide continuity of care Collaborate with PAs, ARNPs, and other healthcare professionals Coordinate care with specialists when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Follow applicable federal, state, and professional regulations and standards Participate as an active member of a collaborative clinical teamQualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Completion of an accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine Current Washington State medical license or eligibility to obtain one Active DEA registration Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality pain managementWhy Kitsap County?Kitsap County offers the opportunity to enjoy a more relaxed, community-orientedlifestyle while remaining within easy reach of the Seattle metropolitan area.
