We are looking for a Senior Investment Reporting & Analytics Associate to join a top-tier global alternative investment platform. This role sits within the Capital Markets organization and focuses on building scalable reporting solutions, enhancing data integrity, and driving analytics across complex credit and special situations strategies. You will play a central role in developing automated workflows, improving data governance practices, and delivering actionable insights to finance, investor relations, portfolio management, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to support internal, client, and regulatory reporting needs using tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Python, and SQL
• Design and enhance scalable data workflows to streamline recurring reporting processes and reduce manual effort
• Partner with Investor Relations, Finance, Operations, and Portfolio Management to gather requirements and deliver customized analytics solutions
• Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations to simplify complex portfolio and capital markets data
• Support data cleansing initiatives and help establish best practices to improve data accuracy and governance
• Perform ad hoc analyses and structured problem solving to address evolving business needs across the Capital Markets platform
• Own end user testing, documentation, and implementation of new reporting tools and enhancements

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics within a finance, accounting, asset management, or investment firm environment
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including semantic models, DAX measures, and advanced visualization techniques
• Experience with SQL and database querying, Snowflake experience preferred
• Exposure to Python and or Alteryx strongly preferred
• Foundational understanding of credit funds, portfolio management, or alternative investment strategies a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business questions into structured data solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
