At Culver's, our Kitchen/Prep Team Members play a critical role in setting up the restaurant for a successful day. This position is ideal for dependable, organized individuals who enjoy structured work and early shifts.

• Dayside availability is required.
• Restaurant prep or fast-food experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do as a Prep Team Member

• Prepare fresh ingredients according to Culver’s standards
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines with accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
• Properly rotate and label inventory
• Support the line and team to ensure smooth operations
• Help set the restaurant up for a strong, successful shift

This role requires focus, urgency, and attention to detail — your work directly impacts the entire team’s performance.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods
