We’re actively looking for a Legal Assistant with strong experience in Business & Corporate Law to join a well-established law firm in Cleveland, OH.
Draft, edit & proofread contracts and transactional documents
Manage DocuSign workflows & execution packages
Support corporate closings & post-closing documentation
Maintain corporate records, organizational charts & closing binders
Coordinate with attorneys, clients & third parties
Provide administrative and scheduling support
Experience supporting Business/Corporate Law attorneys
Hands-on experience with transactional work (closings, DocuSign, corporate records)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office & document management systems
Excellent attention to detail & communication skills
