Legal Secretary

Location: Pasadena, CA (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary who thrives under pressure, values precision, and wants to be part of something bigger than billable hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and file state and federal court pleadings with accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines
• Manage attorney calendars using Abacus calendaring system and Microsoft Outlook
• Format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings with professionalism and precision
• Coordinate case management, client communications, and administrative operations
• Serve as the organizational backbone for attorneys handling active litigation matters
• Work collaboratively with paralegals and attorneys in a high-stakes legal environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary (litigation experience strongly preferred)
• Experience with family law procedures and documentation
• Solid knowledge of California and federal court filing procedures
• Proficiency with Abacus and Microsoft Outlook
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced practice
• Someone who takes pride in supporting those who serve our communities
