Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Short-Term – 3 Months In Person)
We’re seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator for a part-time, three-month assignment. This role is ideal for someone who can step into a range of responsibilities and adapt quickly as priorities evolve. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with hands-on experience using Canva to design marketing materials. Reliable personal transportation is necessary, as the role may involve travel between locations or off-site activities. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:Create and update marketing materials using Canva (flyers, social posts, presentations, etc.)
Support day-to-day marketing activities across multiple channels
Coordinate content updates and basic reporting using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Help manage social media posting and light content scheduling
Assist with event coordination, promotions, or off-site marketing activities as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing projects and deadlines
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Maintain organized files, assets, and marketing documentation
Travel between locations or attend off-site activities when required
Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience using Canva to create marketing and promotional materials
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly and take on a variety of responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
