Job Description Material Handler - Forklift Driver Vancouver, WA
Compensation Includes - Starting pay rate $20.70 - $22.15/hour
Available Shift - 7:00pm - 7:00am
- Sunday - Tuesday + every other Wednesday
Overview & Responsibilities Our Material Handlers are versatile and perform functions like Shuttle Driver, Stock Pull, Grab Driver, Loader, etc. One position is available which will be particularly focused on Forklift Driver duties. The successful candidate will have one-year experience operating a forklift (stand-up preferred) and will be familiar with operating dock equipment (dock leveler, Dok-Lock, glad hand locks, etc.) and a pallet auto-wrapper/wrap-line.
Qualifications - A minimum of 1-3 years of Logistics experience, warehouse operations, forklift driving
- Highly effective written and communication skills
- Ability to make decisions and resolve situations quickly and efficiently.
- Proficient computer skills: MS Office, Word, Excel is required
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with periods of walking, sitting, and/or lifting, a maximum of 50 pounds, infrequently, as needed
