We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will use hand tools to perform the mechanical assembly of valves, regulators, and custom fluid/gas systems. Responsibilities
Using hand tools, mechanical assembly of valves for oil & gas industry
- As well as assemble valves, regulators in custom fluid/gas systems
- Responsibilities include mechanical assembly, functional testing, and quality inspection to ensure all builds meet specifications
- This role involves manual fabrication only—no machining—requiring attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Work environment specializes in building custom, one-off systems within a small production team, while operating in a fast-paced setting
- Re-write the following fractions in ascending order: ¼”, 7/16”, 3/8”, 7/8”, ¾”
- Can you convert fractional measurements into decimal?
- Drawing calls for a hole to be drilled 1-1/4” from the left edge and 2-1/2” from the bottom edge of the panel
