JD:
Strong expertise in medical coding and clinical editing practices
Deep understanding of reimbursement policies and payment integrity frameworks
Experience reviewing claims and advising on correct reimbursement amounts
Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and healthcare regulatory requirements
Experience performing coding audits, compliance reviews, and claim analysis
Analyze claim data and coding patterns
Provide recommendations and reports on reimbursement and coding compliance
Collaborate with clinical, compliance, billing teams
Strong analytical skills to identify coding discrepancies
Certifications such as CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT
