Job Description:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, you will design, configure, enhance, and support enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will work across the full application development lifecycle to deliver secure, scalable, and accessible solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system configurations, integrations, and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in project teams to support enterprise system initiatives and gather requirements from user groups.
• Configure and maintain enterprise applications to support business processes and end users.
• Identify and resolve configuration issues to restore functionality and ensure reliable operations.
• Develop and maintain business process procedures and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve end user issues related to applications and processes.
• Assist with training end users on systems and workflows.
• Develop, execute, and validate test scripts and coordinate testing activities for successful releases.
• Review existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned to best practices.
• Monitor systems and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Assess impacts from policy, regulatory, or contractual changes and determine required system updates.
• Perform duties across the application development lifecycle including requirements, build, unit testing, and implementation.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Experience designing and implementing model driven apps, Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and solutions.
• Experience building Power Automate flows and integrating with internal and external systems.
• Proficiency developing plugins, custom workflow activities, Web API integrations, JavaScript form scripts, and PCF controls.
• Strong understanding of ALM best practices including solution layering, environment strategies, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience building secure RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Entity Framework Core using C# and VB.NET.
• Front end development experience with React, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse including solutions, forms/views, security roles, teams, business rules, and customizations.
• Power Platform expertise including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and environment strategy.
• Experience integrating using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience with Git based workflows and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• Experience developing Power Apps including Canvas and Model driven apps and maintaining customer self service portals with real time payment capture.
• Experience integrating Dynamics with finance systems using Logic Apps and maintaining SOAP and REST APIs for third party integrations.
• Experience enhancing chatbot and bot framework solutions on cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
