Job Title: Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager
Location: Hybrid to Remote (Occasional In-Office Meetings)
Overview: A growing mid-sized regional public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager with 8+ years of public accounting tax experience , preferably with a focus on Estate, Trust, and High-Net-Worth (HNW) returns , to step into a leadership-focused role supporting continued firm growth.
Responsibilities:
* Review complex individual, estate, trust, and high-net-worth tax returns
* Provide tax planning and client advisory services
* Mentor and supervise tax staff and seniors
* Manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Qualifications:
* 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
* Experience with Estate, Trust, and HNW clients preferred
* Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
* CPA preferred or actively pursuing
Compensation & Benefits:
