Industry: Mortgage / Financial Services

Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour

Work Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: Full-Time | First Shift | Standard Business Hours

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented Title Curators to support our mortgage and financial operations. In this fully remote role, you will review, organize, and analyze title documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness throughout the loan and lien process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and curate title reports, commitments, and related documents
• Identify and resolve title issues, discrepancies, or missing information
• Analyze, research, and problem-solve title defects, liens, judgments, and encumbrances
• Ensure compliance with company, lender, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Closings, Underwriting, and Processing
• Track file status and meet established turnaround times
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience in title, mortgage, or financial services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret title documents and legal descriptions
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with computer systems and document management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Detroit, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.39 - $21.39/hr.
