Salary: $55,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting expertise in Windows-based environments.
• We need working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• We require familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking equipment.
• We prefer experience with backup and disaster recovery tools, endpoint protection, MFA, and security best practices.
• Experience with platforms such as Fortinet, Ubiquiti, SonicWall, Sophos, WatchGuard, or comparable solutions is highly desirable.
• Prior MSP experience is preferred.
• We prefer candidates with 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• We value strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• We need someone who can balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• We are seeking a person who can work independently while also contributing well in a team setting.

• We resolve escalated service requests and incidents with efficiency and care.
• We provide support for Windows desktops, servers, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• We configure and maintain networking, VPN, firewall, wireless, backup, and endpoint security solutions.
• We carry out routine maintenance, software patching, and system health reviews.
• We complete small to mid-sized projects and assist with larger deployments as needed.
• We keep documentation accurate and submit daily time entries.
• We communicate clearly and professionally with clients about progress, timelines, and next steps.
• We take full ownership of assigned tickets through to closure.
• We follow our operational standards, internal procedures, and security best practices.

We are hiring an on-site Level 2 Engineer based in Honolulu on the island of Oahu. In this role, we provide advanced technical support in a fast-paced managed services environment, working across multiple client infrastructures and partnering closely with senior engineers, service coordination, and service management. This is a hands-on position with a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, offering the opportunity to handle meaningful technical challenges, support diverse client systems, and contribute to reliable, high-quality service delivery.
