Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide financial leadership and oversight on a flexible, part-time basis. The CFO will guide financial strategy, ensure fiscal health, and support executive decision-making while optimizing financial operations and controls.

Skills, Education, and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communicator and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the Director and leadership team.
• Develop and monitor financial performance metrics.
• Responsible for financial operations, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external advisors.
• Support fundraising, financing, and capital strategy initiatives.
• Identify cost efficiencies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.
