**II. Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-oriented **Performance Marketing Specialist** to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across **Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)** platforms.
This role is instrumental in driving qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic planning, hands-on execution, and continuous performance optimization.
**III. Key Responsibilities**
* _Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads platforms._
* _Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking to enhance campaign performance._
* _Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate._
* _Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives and messaging._
* _Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and scale winning campaigns._
* _Implement and maintain accurate tracking systems using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools._
* _Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations._
* _Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging performance marketing best practices._
* _Collaborate cross-functionally to align paid media strategies with overall marketing and business objectives_
**IV. Qualifications & Requirements**
* _1–3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media or Digital Advertising._
* _Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms._
* _Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach._
* _Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and analytics tools._
* _Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines._
* _Excellent communication and collaboration skills._
**_V. Preferred Qualifications_**
* _Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce performance campaigns._
* _Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, remarketing strategies, and funnel optimization._
* _Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets._
