Personal Trainer – Alloy Personal Training (Sawtelle, Los Angeles)

About Alloy  : Alloy Personal Training is a results-driven boutique fitness franchise known for its science-based, small-group personal training model. Our West LA location is growing, and we're looking for a passionate, skilled trainer to join our team.

Role Overview You'll deliver Alloy's proven training program to small groups (6 clients), providing a personalized experience in a premium environment. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, ideal for a trainer looking for consistent, well-compensated hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-group personal training sessions using Alloy's structured programming
• Conduct fitness assessments and set client goals in accountability sessions
• Track client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Build strong client relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment
• Communicate professionally with management staff
• Attend community events

Qualifications

• Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification (required)
• 3–4+ years of personal training experience preferred
• Strong understanding of resistance training, mobility, and functional movement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Can work Saturday mornings
