PIPE WELDER / PIPE FITTER- Needed in Cape Canaveral $125/day per diem

What You'll Do

• Fabricate, install, and repair carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty piping systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, specifications, and weld procedures.
• Perform precision pipe fitting, cutting, beveling, threading, and assembly.
• Execute high-quality welds using TIG, MIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Install and maintain gas, hydraulic, cooling, process, and utility piping systems.
• Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, fabrication teams, and technicians on complex aerospace projects.
• Support new construction, maintenance activities, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.

✅ Qualifications

• Experience as a Pipe Welder, Pipe Fitter, or Combo Welder/Fitter.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, piping schematics, and technical documents.
• Proficient with pipe fabrication tools, welding equipment, and measuring instruments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial piping systems and welding standards.
• Experience with stainless steel and high-purity pipe systems preferred.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and physically demanding environments.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail.

This is a Contract position based out of Cocoa, FL.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
