About the role
The Product Owner is responsible for growing and optimizing LifeMD+, a primary/urgent care subscription that provides patients access to benefits such as 24/7 appointments with licensed healthcare providers, same-day prescription renewals, and comprehensive lab testing. This role requires a deep understanding of the telehealth landscape, best practices in patient experience, and a laser focus for scaling a healthcare service line. The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful subscription packaging and promotion, ideation of complementary products, integration within the larger LifeMD portfolio, and achieving long-term growth through effective value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market analysis, and strategic business objectives
Collaborate with product management and UX/UI teams to define clear, concise user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
Conduct regular user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) of the patient experience, alongside competitive research, to drive continuous product improvement
Oversee lifecycle of complementary product offerings, from ideation and development to launch, go-to-market, and ongoing scaling
Work closely with operations to develop resources needed by the clinical and care center team to deliver exceptional patient care
In coordination with finance, develop appropriate pricing models; partnering with acquisition to create target personas and refine promotional language
Build strategies that focus on cross-selling within the LifeMD portfolio, including nurturing audiences that would benefit from specialty/chronic care
Enhance patient loyalty and long-term engagement through continuous improvement of patient-facing resources, including the LifeMD app
Identify and manage partnerships that can support product and growth goals
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for LifeMD+, aligned with overall company budget and business goals, and leverage analytics to identify areas for optimization
