The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating digital shared services projects within the healthcare sector. This role involves managing capital construction projects, developing procurement plans, liaising with government entities, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will play a key role in improving healthcare delivery through effective information management and communication technology processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop procurement and contingency plans for capital projects, including the development of RFPs.
- Manage capital projects, including budget approval and vendor selection.
- Manage large capital construction projects, specifically focusing on healthcare facilities.
- Liaise with municipal and provincial governments to ensure project compliance.
- Implement capital construction projects related to healthcare, focusing on communications, financial management, schedule review, and daily reporting.
- Manage projects involving a Long-Term Care healthcare environment.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Post-secondary degree in business, management, or public administration.
- 8 years of experience in the development of procurement and contingency plans for capital projects including development of RFPs according to client requirements.
- 8 years of experience in a capital project management role including the approval of budgets and assisting the business with selection of vendors.
- 5 years of experience managing large Capital Construction projects with a focus on healthcare facilities to accommodate bed counts of 150 or more additional beds.
- 6 years of experience liaising with municipal or provincial governments on capital construction projects.
- 6 years of experience implementing capital construction projects that are Health Care-related with a focus on communications, financial management, schedule review and daily reporting.
- 3 years of experience managing projects involving a Long-Term Care healthcare environment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience managing a portfolio >=$50M.

- Services will be performed on site.
- Additional hours above 7.75 hours per day may be required, not exceeding 10% of the total hours.
Scheduling:
- 7.75 hours/business day Central Time.
- 1,860 hours total.
- 240 days total.
