Noris Capital is a San Francisco-based venture capital firm focused on emerging technologies, fintech, and innovative startups. We're a small, high-performance team and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us scale our operations.
This is a dual role — you'll work both internally and with our portfolio companies.
What you'll do:
* Manage internal workflows, timelines, and team coordination across fund operations
* Support portfolio companies with project execution, roadmap planning, and accountability
* Build and maintain systems in Notion, Airtable, or similar tools
* Communicate directly with founders and partners
* Identify bottlenecks and fix them before they become problems
You're a great fit if you:
* Have 3+ years of PM experience, ideally in tech, fintech, or startups
* Are fluent in English (C1 minimum — you'll be writing and speaking with US/EU stakeholders)
* Work well in async, remote environments
* Have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Are proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do
Nice to have:
* Background in finance, investment, or VC
* Familiarity with blockchain or emerging tech (not required)
