Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist who can take ownership of the entire hiring process—from sourcing and screening to guiding candidates through the final stages. This role requires a mix of strong recruiting expertise, AI fluency, data-driven decision-making, and technical understanding to support diverse hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers across multiple time zones and contribute to broader initiatives beyond recruitment.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
  • Work with data and recruitment metrics to improve decision-making and track hiring success.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen and evaluate both technical and non-technical candidates across multiple domains.
  • Apply AI tools and methodologies to streamline recruiting processes, enhance sourcing, and improve candidate evaluation.
  • Leverage knowledge of technology, AI, and technical roles to effectively assess candidates and engage with hiring teams.
  • Conduct interviews, assess skills and culture fit, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and organize the candidate database, ensuring accurate records and effective use of talent pipelines.
  • Maintain talent pipelines across multiple regions and adjust strategies for global hiring needs.
  • Overlap with different time zones as needed to support international recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to broader HR and cross-departmental initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Native or C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication and interviewing skills.
  • Strong understanding of technology, AI, and technical hiring (familiarity with software roles and industry trends).
  • Proficiency in working with recruitment data, analytics, AI-powered tools, applicant tracking systems, and candidate databases.
  • Ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end recruiting independently, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Interest in broader HR functions, with flexibility to support cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Comfortable working remotely and adapting to diverse time zones.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Benefits

  • Your growth is our growth. We invest in your future with paid training and other professional opportunities.
  • We're industry innovators at the forefront of change. Equipped with the latest technologies and a team of knowledgeable colleagues by your side, you'll embrace new and interesting challenges.
  • Your location. Your schedule. Pick your time zone, choose your preferred hours, and work from the place where you feel most at home.
  • Flexibility and freedom are in our DNA! As long as you have a stable internet connection and the drive to thrive, you can travel and work from anywhere you like.
  • A workload you can rely on. We'll set you enough tasks to keep that mind busy! At Scopic, we'll ensure you always have a consistent flow of engaging, challenging work to do.
  • Recognition and reward. We acknowledge diligence and hard work through annual pay increases for good performance.
  • Rate Range: Your starting rate is negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
  • This is an Hourly position.
  • Contractors are paid monthly via wire transfer.
