Acara Solutions has a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Manager in Dallas, TX ! This is a f ull time, direct position that comes with excellent benefits. We are open to all locations on the West Coast! 

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the management of branch recruiting operations including customer service, recruitment and placement of contract/temporary employees on assignments and the hiring and supervising of branch recruitment staff.

•*Pay: $70,000-80,000
• Flexible work options available post 30 days of training
• Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Service existing and new business accounts through regular customer contact/visits
• Provide administrative supervision of contract employees; and maintain regular contact with direct placements
• Work closely with customers to attend to and resolve administrative and personnel matters with contractors
• Interface with associate suppliers to assist in filling orders
• Maintain employee files and records for contract employees
• Receives and qualifies job orders to service the order and to source, screen, interview, check references, test, and submit direct placement and contractor candidates to customer for consideration
• Serve as a liaison between Acara, our customer and the candidate pool
• Manage assigned contract labor staff for daily work functions and employee relations to include terminations; ensure proper on-boarding and off-boarding of assigned contractors
• Maintain set benchmark as set forth by Company
• Use independent judgment and interviewing skills foundation to select and place contract candidates on contract assignments
• Retain staff of temporary/contract employees to meet customer needs
• Promote customer relationship building through regular contacts and visits
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and manage a proper branch staff of Recruitment Specialists
• Develop and implement customer service plans in accordance with contractual terms and conditions, customer requirements, and Company policy

Other Duties:

• Oversee administrative supervision of assigned contract employees
• Assist in the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP"s)
• Establish community relations through frequent contact and branch activities
• Acts as a mentor and provides guidance to staff or train staff as needed
• Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures
• Submit periodic reports to management as requested
• Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by Company

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree 
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity in a staffing agency 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required, and a working knowledge of online recruiting
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
• Must be able to work independently and present a positive and professional image
• Must have a valid driver"s license, a good driving record, and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business transportation

Additional Information: 

• Upon receiving an offer of employment, candidates will be required to undergo a background check and drug screening. Depending on the role, additional industry-specific skills testing may also be necessary prior to placement.
