### Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Remote Administrative Assistant** to support day-to-day operations and coordination tasks.
This role is ideal for **career switchers, entry-level candidates, or individuals looking to transition into remote work**. You’ll be provided with clear guidelines and structured workflows to help you succeed.
### Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize digital documents and records
* Track tasks, deadlines, and project updates
* Assist with email and communication coordination
* Support internal workflows and reporting
* Follow structured processes and complete assigned tasks on time
### Requirements:
* Strong written communication skills
* High attention to detail and organization
* Comfortable using basic online tools (Google Docs, spreadsheets, email)
