We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who are organized, comfortable using a computer, and interested in gaining valuable experience in data management and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and organizing information while supporting routine administrative processes. No previous professional data-entry experience is required, and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update information in company databases and digital systems
Review data and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Organize and maintain electronic files and records
Assist with basic administrative and data-management tasks
Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and documents as needed
Follow established procedures for data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping
Maintain confidentiality when handling company and client information
Communicate with team members regarding routine tasks and information
Complete assigned work accurately and within established deadlines
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior data-entry experience required
Basic computer and internet skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus
