Resort & Hotel Travel Specialist (Remote)
Help travelers turn their getaway plans into seamless resort and hotel experiences—without leaving home.
We are seeking detail-oriented, service-driven individuals to support clients in planning resort and hotel stays worldwide. In this remote role, you will guide travelers through accommodation selection and manage reservations from inquiry through completion, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
What You’ll Do
Consult with travelers to understand their preferences, budgets, and travel goals
Recommend resort and hotel options that align with client needs, including family-friendly, adults-only, luxury, and beachfront stays
Coordinate reservations and related travel components such as flights, transfers, travel protection, and special requests
Stay informed on popular destinations and resort offerings to confidently guide clients
Provide professional, timely communication throughout the booking process
