We are seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to join a large-scale data center construction project in Lubbock, TX . This role will be responsible for supporting daily safety operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA and project-specific requirements, and working closely with field leadership, subcontractors, and trades to maintain a safe and productive jobsite.
The ideal candidate has hands-on data center construction experience , a strong background in electrical safety , and an OSHA 510 certification . This is a field-focused position for a safety professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment and proactively addressing safety concerns.
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Safety Specialist who knows how to operate in the field—not someone who simply manages paperwork. The right candidate will be comfortable walking an active construction site, communicating with trades and subcontractors, identifying electrical and construction hazards, and working directly with project leadership to keep the project moving safely.
