This is a Full-Time Sales role.

A work phone, iPad, and laptop will be provided

A company vehicle will also be provided to be used during working hours only

Weekly stipend of $640 plus commissions and bonuses

Earn up to $70,000 per year or more!

As a Mover – Junk Remover, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job.

Essential duties:

1. Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.
2. Look, act and become a friendly college hunk – starting with the uniform, and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
3. Confirm all scheduled estimates for the following day
4. Contact clients with ETA calls
5. Arrive to all estimates within the scheduled arrival window
6. Complete all Move and Junk estimates while utilizing the Estimator tool
7. Report estimates as completed, lost, booked, or canceled
8. Convert estimates at 50% or higher (bonuses included for higher conversion)
9. Complete daily marketing activities (drops ins, box drops, ZIGMA, cold emails)
10. Schedule and attend weekly marketing/networking events
11. Complete daily checklists
12. Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including accidents, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
13. Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance
14. SAFELY operate at all times

Requirements:

1. MUST be eligible to work in the United States
2. MUST have reliable transportation to work
3. MUST have a a valid driver's license
4. MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others.
5. MUST want to be part of a growing organization and are excited about huge opportunity
6. MUST be drug and alcohol free
7. MUST be able to pass a federal background check
