Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or recruiting experience is helpful but not required.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
