Experienced Powersports Sales Professional
Delmarva Power Sports – Salisbury, MD
Delmarva Power Sports is one of the Eastern Shore’s leading powersports dealerships, representing Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Polaris, CFMOTO, and Kayo. We are seeking a proven sales professional who knows how to build value, close deals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is not an entry-level position—we are looking for someone who is driven, competitive, and ready to perform at a high level. What You’ll Do
Take ownership of the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
Build strong relationships with customers and create repeat business
Present and sell across multiple brands and product lines
Structure deals and work closely with the finance department
Maximize every deal by partnering with parts to build accessory packages
Actively follow up on leads, internet inquiries, and showroom traffic
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on inventory
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (powersports, automotive, or high-ticket retail)
Strong closer with the ability to build value—not just quote price
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Professional, customer-first attitude
Ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license Compensation & Opportunity
