Job Description

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: IL-Naperville, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Scrum Master, you will join the Business Transformation practice. The Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
  • Guide the team in following Agile principles and Scrum practices and identify areas for improvement
  • Remove impediments that are preventing the team from meeting its goals
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure that it is properly prioritized and managed
  • Coach and mentor team members in Agile and Scrum practices and facilitate the growth of the team's Agile and Scrum knowledge and skills
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed about team progress
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and other relevant information as required
  • Participate in Agile and Scrum community activities and continuously improve the team's Agile and Scrum knowledge and skills

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an Agile environment
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and support team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Experience with JIRA or other Agile project management tools

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
