Job Description

Salary: $113,100 - 208,300 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science)
• 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying LLM/GenAI solutions using Claude/GPT(Codex)/Gemini-class models, including design and integration
• 4+ years in implementing RAG/retrieval processes (document processing, embeddings, vector/hybrid search) with enterprise governance
• 4+ years in modern data & AI engineering encompassing data modeling, batch/streaming processing, and feature engineering fundamentals
• 4+ years in building production-grade, real-time inference services (API design, performance, reliability)
• 4+ years leading platform/integration engineering across enterprise systems with strong API/integration experience (REST, GraphQL, event-driven, microservices)
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code like Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker/Kubernetes)
• 4+ years in leading security and compliance initiatives; understanding enterprise security controls; exposure to SOC 2/GDPR/HIPAA is advantageous
• Willingness to travel 0-25%, depending on client and project requirements
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be considered

• Collaborate with the Lead AI Solutions Architect and AI Data Engineer to convert Human Capital product requirements into secure, scalable technical designs and solutions (APIs, services, pipelines, containers/serverless)
• Develop and operationalize LLM-enabled functionalities (e.g., copilots, HR knowledge assistants, summarization, policy Q&A) utilizing Claude/GPT(Codex)/Gemini, including secure endpoints and reusable patterns
• Apply LLM application methodologies including RAG, document ingestion/chunking, embeddings, and retrieval telemetry
• Provide governed datasets and perform feature engineering/serving for ML training and real-time inference, ensuring consistency and latency standards
• Enforce safety, privacy, and access controls with respect to PII and implement prompt-injection defenses and content filtering
• Ensure data/model reliability and cost-performance management through data quality, schema evolution, monitoring, and query optimization
• Contribute to MLOps/LLMOps and production operations including versioning, CI/CD, automated testing, and incident response
• Support design reviews, deployment scenarios, and create runbooks
