What you’ll do

Lead and deliver complex SAP transformation and cloud migration programs, combining strategic guidance with hands-on execution.

· Drive end-to-end SAP initiatives (installations, upgrades, OS/DB migrations, conversions, greenfield implementations)

· Lead RISE migrations across hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

· Provide deep SAP BASIS expertise across SAP HANA and S/4HANA landscapes

· Design secure, scalable, and resilient SAP architectures

· Implement and enforce security (IAM, SSO, MFA) and ensure system performance and availability

· Troubleshoot critical issues and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

· Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes

What you bring

Strong SAP technical depth with proven cloud transformation experience and the ability to operate in high-impact environments.

· 15+ years of SAP BASIS experience

· Expertise in upgrades, migrations, Unicode conversions, and S/4HANA implementations

· Hands-on experience with SAP HANA (performance tuning, scale-out, data provisioning tools)

· Experience with SAP BTP and Fiori

· Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications preferred)

· Strong knowledge of cloud security (encryption, IAM, threat detection, incident response)

· Proven delivery of at least 3 SAP cloud migration projects

· Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities

Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
