Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree plus 6 years of IT-related exempt experience, or associates degree plus 8 years of IT-related exempt experience, or high school diploma/equivalent plus 10 years of IT-related exempt experience
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Director-level leadership experience preferred
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Cisco Meraki networking, UCaaS/CCaaS, user lifecycle management, technology lifecycle management, vendor lifecycle management, disaster recovery/business continuity, MSP/MSSP management, and strategic technology planning
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, stand for sustained periods, move between work sites, type, speak, hear, and communicate effectively
• Ability to lift and/or exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently
• Close visual acuity for computer use, data analysis, reading, inspection, and related tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and possibly holidays
• Ability to travel as required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet applications

• Lead and oversee the Information Technology and Clinical Applications teams
• Manage technology vendors and software partners, including managed service provider and managed security service provider relationships
• Develop and execute annual and five-year strategic plans for cost-effective technology, security, collaboration, and communications solutions
• Direct operational and strategic planning for IT and Clinical Applications, including business requirements, service level agreements, project planning, and resource allocation
• Supervise IT staff through interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and accountability for results
• Define and communicate project milestones, service commitments, and resource plans to executives, department leads, support staff, and end users
• Review system performance to evaluate operating costs, productivity, security, refresh, and upgrade needs
• Benchmark, monitor, analyze, report on, and recommend improvements for IT infrastructure and systems
• Solicit bids for hardware and software upgrades, review bids for compliance, and make award decisions
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support for all hardware and software
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures covering architecture, applications, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service delivery
• Negotiate vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements
• Improve workflow processes, build service-oriented teams, and support change management to meet productivity goals
• Partner with Human Resources on internal investigations as needed
• Work with the supervisor to establish the overall budget for the area of responsibility
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for Planned Parenthood Federation of America and regulatory agencies
• Maintain compliance with privacy requirements for protected health information and the minimum necessary standard
• Carry out additional, deleted, or modified duties as assigned by management
