As a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist , you are a system administrator and subject-matter expert for our technical stack which Eightfold AI Talent Intelligence Platform, iCIMS ATS, and HireVue assessments and interviews. This is a deeply technical, hands-on role focused on platform configuration, data integrity, deep-dive data mining, and the delivery of actionable workforce reporting. You are comfortable navigating multiple platforms, managing projects, and partnering with recruiters, HR, and business leaders to drive continuous improvement.
