Job Description

Job Expectations

As a member of our Speech Therapy team, you will:

  • Provide a wide range of interventions as outlined in the individualized plan of care determined by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Conduct individual or group treatment sessions of speech/language and oral motor development, consult with other staff and the child's caregivers.
  • Complete documentation to support the delivery of Speech Therapy services.
  • Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards.
  • Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge.

 

Qualifications

  • Current State of California License to practice Speech Therapy (SLPA)
  • At least one year of experience with pediatric populations
