Duties:

The Sr Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue for the organization.
This role involves market research, lead generation, client relationship management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support business expansion efforts.
The BDM is expected to work proactively to meet and exceed revenue targets and ensure long-term business growth.
The target areas are:
- Industrial - Firearms - Medical but could also include dental, electronics and miscellaneous.
These areas are not included:
- Automotive
- Defense / Aerospace

Qualifications:

Requirements:

This is a remote position and you can live anywhere in the United States.
Must have business development experience with metal injection molding (MIM) components for industrial, firearms and/or medical.
Additional industries could include dental, electronics and miscellaneous.
