Senior Google & Meta Ads Manager
Location: Remote (LATAM or South Africa)
Time Zone: Alignment with EST (Colombia-based candidates preferred)
The company’s founder has been managing the company’s ad spend personally to ensure peak performance. The business has now reached a scale where a dedicated Senior Ads Manager is needed to take full ownership of the paid media strategy.
This is not simply a task-based role. The ideal candidate is a strategic, senior-level paid media expert who has managed $100k+ in monthly ad spend and understands the broader architecture of digital growth. You will not just manage campaigns—you will oversee the entire marketing ecosystem, from ad creative to funnel performance, website conversions, and the long-term impact on SEO.
Meta & Google Expertise:
Manage full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) . The goal is to scale spend while maintaining or improving ROAS and CPA performance.
Large-Scale Budget Management:
Confidently manage and optimize monthly budgets exceeding $100k .
Continuous Optimization:
Lead ongoing A/B testing of creative, messaging, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to remain competitive as platform algorithms evolve.
Holistic Marketing Perspective:
Understand how paid media interacts with SEO, landing page design, and email funnels . Campaigns should be approached as part of a broader marketing ecosystem.
Funnel Optimization:
Provide strategic input on website structure, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to ensure traffic converts effectively.
Attribution & Data Integrity:
Maintain accurate reporting and attribution systems to clearly demonstrate how paid media contributes to revenue growth.
Agency Veteran:
You have 5–7 years of experience , with significant exposure to fast-paced US-based agencies , managing multiple accounts and communicating results to US stakeholders.
Full-Stack Marketer:
You possess a senior-level understanding of the digital marketing stack. You know how landing page changes impact Quality Score , and how paid media can support broader SEO and conversion strategies .
Analytical & Proactive:
You do not wait for direction. You proactively identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities, and bring data-driven solutions to the table.

5–7 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads , particularly for US-based companies or agencies
Proven experience managing $100k+ in monthly advertising spend
Agency background is required , preferably within a high-volume US agency environment
Ability to work EST-aligned hours (Colombia alignment strongly preferred)
Advanced technical knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and modern tracking/attribution frameworks
