We’re partnering with a well-established distributor of medical supplies seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is a key member of the accounting team and works closely with leadership to manage accounts payable, freight costs, and compliance-related reporting in a collaborative, in-office environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Process accounts payable invoices, including inventory, freight, and travel expenses
• Prepare and support weekly check runs
• Enter and code expense reports accurately and timely
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts as part of month-end close
• Prepare and file monthly and quarterly sales and business tax returns
• Support additional accounting and operational tasks as needed
What Your Work History Should Show
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with a focus on accounts payable
• Experience managing vendor relationships, invoicing, and AP workflows
• Exposure to payroll, purchasing, or HR processes a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SysPro, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics

Pay Rate: $40–$43 per hour
