About the Role

Hospitality Health ER is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to lead warehouse and medical supply operations across our growing network of freestanding emergency rooms.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring medical supplies are always available, inventory is accurate, and operations run efficiently. You will own the full supply chain process—from ordering and vendor management to on-site par levels and warehouse execution.

About Hospitality Health ER

We are a physician-owned freestanding emergency room (FSER) in Longview, TX, delivering high-acuity care with an elevated hospitality-driven patient experience. Our team is known for clinical excellence, adaptability, and a true commitment to taking care of both patients and each other.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse operations and medical supply management across multiple ER locations.
  • Own the end-to-end ordering process and vendor relationships.
  • Manage inventory accuracy across approximately 5,000 SKUs, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Set and maintain optimal par levels at both warehouse and facility levels.
  • Quickly become proficient in internal inventory systems and processes.
  • Lead, coach, and support Warehouse and Medical Supply team members.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
  • Step into operational tasks as needed to support the team and ensure continuity.
  • Maintain organization, compliance, and high standards across all inventory functions.

What Success Looks Like

  • Full ownership of ordering processes within the first 60–90 days.
  • Achieve and sustain strong inventory accuracy and operational consistency.
  • Build clear structure, accountability, and process improvements across both departments.
  • Become the go-to expert for supply chain operations within the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record managing large SKU counts and maintaining high inventory accuracy.
  • Experience leading teams and owning day-to-day operations.
  • Strong proficiency with inventory/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare, medical supply, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive, hands-on leader who takes full ownership of results.
  • Someone who thrives in a growing environment and enjoys building structure.
  • A detail-oriented problem solver with strong follow-through.
  • A team player who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Why Join Hospitality Health ER?

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care through operational excellence.
  • Room for professional growth in a rapidly expanding organization.
