Job Description

We are supporting our client on a search for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fully remote people team. This is the seat that keeps recruiting moving - scheduling, ATS hygiene, candidate touchpoints, and light sourcing. You will be the operational backbone of the recruiting function and the first friendly voice candidates hear.

Ideal for someone 0-2 years into HR or recruiting who wants a clear path into a full-cycle recruiter seat. The team is remote, high-trust, and invests in growing coordinators into recruiters within 12-18 months.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidatesKeep the ATS clean: statuses, notes, dispositions, feedback logsCoordinate onsite/virtual loops - agenda, calendar holds, candidate briefsScreen inbound applicants and pass qualified profiles to recruitersRun candidate experience touchpoints - confirmations, prep emails, thank-you notesSupport light sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter for open reqs

Requirements

• 0-2 years in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or high-volume adminBulletproof calendar and email hygiene - you never drop a threadComfort with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS) and LinkedInStrong written communication - warm, precise, on-brandAbility to juggle 30+ candidate threads simultaneouslyBonus: prior recruiting internship or startup HR exposure
