About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Two Maids - as a Team Member for House Cleaning Services! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch cleaning services to our valued clients in Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Mesa, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning needs.
  • Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working in clients' homes.
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled time frames.
  • Assist in training new team members on cleaning techniques and company standards.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • All team members start and end the work day at our local Gilbert office.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred, but not required. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, is a plus.
  • Must be available 7am -5pm Monday - Friday.
