Technical Manager
Fulltime Opportunity
100% remote with paid periodic travel to Allentoun, PA
We are seeking a Technical Manager who can effectively lead technical initiatives across a diverse application landscape without requiring deep specialization in any single platform. This individual will serve as a technical generalist and strategic leader-quickly ramping up on new systems, guiding technical teams, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
This role requires a strong balance of technical leadership, business acumen, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms and influence decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or enterprise technology environments
Proven experience leading technical teams across multiple systems or platforms
Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business domains
Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
Strong understanding of how business processes drive technical requirements and decisions
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
