We are currently seeking a motivated and Must have EXPERIENCE as Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned sales department and drive profitability while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. Position Summary: The Used Car Manager is responsible for overseeing the dealership's pre-owned vehicle operations. This includes managing inventory, appraising trades, setting competitive pricing, leading the used car sales team, and ensuring the department meets or exceeds sales and gross profit goals. Requirements: · Experience as a Used Car Manager or Automotive Sales Manager required. · Strong knowledge of pre-owned inventory management, appraisals, and pricing. · Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. · Proficient in dealership software and Microsoft Office. · Strong analytical and decision-making skills. · Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. · All potential employees must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
