Warehouse Associate – Contract to Hire
Location: Greenland, NH
Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
In this active, fast-paced environment, you will play a vital role in our supply chain. Your day-to-day impact will include:
- Receiving & Unloading: Efficiently unloading incoming product boxes from freight containers.
- Inventory Accuracy: Sorting, organizing, and scanning premium products to ensure inventory data is precise.
- Palletizing: Building secure, well-structured product pallets for safe transit within the facility.
- Stowing: Placing organized pallets and stock into their designated warehouse storage locations.
- Team Collaboration: Partnering with cross-functional warehouse teams to ensure daily shipping and receiving quotas are achieved.
Position Requirements
We provide comprehensive, fully paid training on day one. To qualify for this role, you simply need:
- The physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- The ability to comfortably and repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
- A good work ethic, a "can-do" attitude, and a proven track record of reliability.

Responsibilities
- Unload truck container and separate product boxes onto designated pallets.
- Put away product boxes and pallets away in predesignated storage locations
- Assist in Inventory accuracy and provide support to Shipping Reconciler.
- Assist in other functional areas of the warehouse when needed.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
