An aviation Logistics Company at the NetJets facility in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a highly detailed and self-motivated Warehouse Inventory/Logistics Specialist for a critical Direct Hire opportunity. You will be the vital link ensuring "Accurate and speed" handling of serialized aircraft parts, managing crucial logistics documentation, and meeting high-stakes performance metrics on the tarmac. This is an independent, third-shift role where your focus and attention to detail directly impact a 24/7 aviation operation.
salary: $41,600 - $43,680 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Ensure that paperwork and government forms accurately match the serialized aircraft part.
- Properly receive parts into the system.
- Maintain focus and accuracy to meet performance metrics, with an expectation of one- to two-hour turnaround times for ACIS
- Independent Operation: Operating independently and demonstrating self-motivation, especially during the third shift, which has minimal staffi
The essential functions of this role include:
